About Beth Akers
Local Expertise. Hands-On Approach.
Beth Akers brings a strong background in property management and real estate, with prior experience overseeing the operations of a portfolio of more than 250 properties.
In her role as a Property Manager and Real Estate Broker, she managed day-to-day operations, trust accounts, and financial reporting, while working directly with property owners to ensure their investments were properly maintained and performing effectively.
Originally from Pennsylvania and based in Chapel Hill since 2009, Beth has a strong understanding of the local rental market and the needs of property owners in the area.
